Mark went flying over the Great Salt Lake again on Thursday. He had a great time! This time they counted all the birds they could see, but they mostly saw seagulls. The highlight of his adventure was landing on a dirt road. He was so impressed by the pilot’s abilities. Mark will now be doing these flights once a month.

The Cache County fair was this week! I earned blue ribbons on all three of my entries. I entered baby socks with crocheted beads, Gingersnaps, and currant jelly. It was a lot of fun to walk around the fair Thursday evening with Mark’s sister and brother in law. We also went Saturday morning for breakfast burritos with my parents.

Wednesday was my last day at my fieldwork site! I was able to facilitate their Parenting with Love and Logic course. I love the class and the participants were fun, so it was a great way to end my 40 hour internship!

On Thursday I quickly wrote my final paper, and Friday I edited and submitted it! This paper was an overall summary of the things I’ve learned and accomplished while working on my Master’s. I learned more about family relations, a lot about understanding research, and I learned to better prioritize my time! I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received while doing grad school the past two years! Thank you Mark, Mom, & Dad! 🙂
