February 7-13

This week was pretty uneventful but we did get to do a few fun things for Valentine’s Day. We made sugar cookies with my parents. I tried making royal icing but didn’t get the consistency quite right. It was still fun, but I’ll have to practice some more for them to turn out really good.

On Friday, Mark and I got an Olive Garden gift card with points from our credit card. There are only a couple low-carb options there so we both got the Margarita chicken. It was yummy and nice to have a break from making dinner.

My favorite meal I made this week was crock pot balsamic vinegar chicken and roasted tomatoes! I’ll definitely be making this again!
