November 14 – 20

Mark collected Greebes on Monday, had a flight on Tuesday, and led a field trip on Friday.

Thursday evening we got to watch a broadcast leadership training for church leadership in the Utah area. It was informative, and it was nice to watch from home on Zoom!

I baked another tart this week. The crust is called a Sable Breton- it’s more like a shortbread cookie than a regular tart. On top was peach raspberry jam, mascarpone cream, raspberries, and white chocolate. Yum!

There’s not too much else to report this week! We’re getting excited for the Christmas season. I started wrapping my friends’ Christmas presents and I’ve been writing addresses on Christmas cards. I found this cool technique for wrapping presents on Pinterest and am having a lot of fun with it! It’s perfect because it has a built-in pocket for cards.
